1-Day Machu Picchu Tour

The tour begins very early with a transfer from your hotel to the train station in Ollantaytambo, offering personalized service as we travel in small groups.

At the Ollantaytambo station, we’ll board the train that travels through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a route with stunning scenery on the way to the town of Aguas Calientes.

Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, our guide will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name and will accompany you to the bus that takes us to the Archaeological Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. The ride takes approximately 25 minutes. When you arrive at the Inca citadel, you’ll be amazed by this monument, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Our guide will then begin the tour, giving you an in-depth look at the history and architecture of the Inca city of Machu Picchu. You will enjoy a guided visit lasting 2 to 3 hours, learning about its history, most important areas, and the most impressive sights in the sanctuary.

In the afternoon, we’ll finish the tour and return to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have free time for lunch before boarding the return train. Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo station, we’ll be waiting to take you comfortably back to your hotel in Cusco.
